Artist's Comments In a tiny break from Vivi's collab project, I decided to do a drawing of =Tora-Yakari's awesome Billy and Mandy fancharacter, Regina Montoya Skarr. Why? Because she's just awesome. And I said I would.  So I did.[link] [link] Regina is a pretty well-developed character, and her colors are absolutely gorgeous.   But she was very hard to draw.  I had problems with her hair and I'm still not satisfied. The left leg that's pointing outward is bothering me as well. The pose came out pretty good. I'm starting to practice a bit of anatomy.Well, I hope that you like it, Tora.
